What is your Return / Refund Policy?
- You have 24 hours from placing your order to cancel any item(s) on your order. After 24 hours your order will be processed.
- If you’re unhappy with a non-preordered item for any reason, you may return it to us for refund or exchange.
- All returned items must be postmarked within 3 days of when you initiate the return.
- All items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
- We do not allow returns on loose leaf tea products, all sales on those products are final.
What is your Return Process?
- To return an item, please contact us at admin@InTheBlackHQ.com with your order number, name, and mailing address.
- We will provide you with a Return Authorization number along with a shipping label.
- Place your item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase and affix the return label securely to the outside of the packaging.
What is your refund policy?

After receiving your returned item(s) and inspecting the condition of the item(s), we will process your return or exchange. Please allow 7 days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your banking statement, depending on your financial institution. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

Can I add an item to an order I’ve already placed?
- Yes, you may add to your order as long as it is within 24 hours of placing the original order.
